Welcome to F. Oliver’s, where we offer an extensive selection of the freshest oils and vinegars from around the world! We import our products directly to our shop where each and every one of them is made available for your tasting pleasure. All of our fine oils and vinegars are then bottled on the spot.

Located on Park Avenue in Rochester and in historic downtown Canandaigua, the gateway to the world-renown Finger Lakes wine region, F. Oliver’s offers a unique and interactive shopping experience where you’re encouraged to sample and savor our products before making your selection. To insure that just-pressed freshness, all our oils and vinegars are stored in a vista of fustis – gleaming tanks crafted in Italy specifically for the storage and dispensing of the freshest oils and vinegars. Someone from our knowledgeable team is on hand at all times to guide you through your tasting journey and help you make your selection based on your culinary needs.
